Mark Vanry, president of Tower Energy Ltd. ("the Company"), is pleased to announce grants of 1,900,000 incentive stock options to two directors and one consultant of the Company. The incentive stock options (the "Options") are priced at $0.10 each and may be exercised for a period of up to three years from the date of grant with 12.5% of the respective grants vesting at the date of grant and an additional 12.5% vesting every three months thereafter.
